Individual Support Services (ISS), Family Support Services (FSS), and Community Supported Living Arrangement (CSLA):

The Center for Life Enrichment offers the opportunity for both the individual and the family to be supported in their home as well as in the community. This service is specifically tailored to meet the needs of each individual and family. We offer a wide range of services so that everyone in the family can function as independently as possible.

Individuals and their families can choose from a variety of services including:

• Daily Hygiene
• Health & Exercise
• Cleaning & Shopping

Transportation is also available for:

• Medical Appointments
• Job Sites
• Community Activities

Supports are offered to provide transportation, in-home support, emergency care, and respite services. The programs are designed to support individuals with disabilities in the home environment.
